Shipping:
We ship by UPS or Priority Mail unless otherwise requested by the customer.
Priority is usually 3 days to you after it leaves our shop. We charge actual shipping charges plus a $5.00 handling fee.
If you are requesting a quote on shipping charges at the beginning of the transaction, we can only
give you a rough estimate. We will do our best to quote accurately, however, if the charges are over the amount quoted, the
actual charges are what you will be charged.
Artwork:
- Acceptable Formats for Electronic Art
- Vector Art:
- PDF (preferred format)
- EPS
- Adobe Illustrator
- AI Version 10, or higher
- CorelDRAW - CDR Version 10, or higher
- NOTE:
These formats are also acceptable for art that contains both raster/bitmap art and vector art in the same graphics file.
- All files must be created in approved professional graphics software. Files saved without vector data or from
unapproved software are not considered Production Ready Artwork.
- Raster Art (bitmaps):

- TIFF at final imprint size

Formats for Electronic Art:
- PowerPoint
- Word
- Excel

- The above formats explicitly
do not comply with production Ready Art Standards and if submitted, will incur cleanup charges at $45.00/hour.

Engraving Charges:
- Engraving is included free on trophies and resin awards.
- Engraving on plaques and
other specialty items is charged at 15¢/character.
- Engraving on acrylic awards is
charged at 20¢/character.
Engraving Verbage:
- You may submit your verbage
electronically in Microsoft Word by e-mail sales@1mikestrophies.com or typewritten by facsimile 315-265-4678. Engraving information submitted in hand written format is not acceptable.
- All engraving is guaranteed to be accurate provided
it is sent to us via email or clear readable fax. If we make a mistake in the engraving that is taken by email or fax, we
will redo it at no charge to you. If the mistake is yours, we will redo it, however you will be charged for the new engraving
material as well as the engraving. The engraving charge will be ½ the regular rate. Please do not send your engraving
until you have carefully checked the spelling. Engraving taken over the phone is NOT guaranteed to be accurate.
Typical Turn-around Times:
- Your order is typically
ready to ship within 10 business days once all of your order information is received. A $10.00 RUSH order fee may
apply for customers wanting their orders less than 10 business days.
